Como Quality Analyst - DevOps, você ajudará a garantir que nossos mais de 2 milhões de clientes tenham experiências surpreendentes com os sistemas do banco, pois será responsável por desenvolver as competências em todos os papéis do time de Engenharia de Software e as boas práticas de qualidade na cadeia de valor da Engenharia de Software.

Alguns dos desafios que você vai encarar:

  • Diagnosticar e identificar oportunidades relacionados à QA nas squads, incluindo mapeamento de processos e solução de gargalos.
  • Identificar e desenvolver as habilidades de qualidade necessárias para Squad.
  • Capacitar as squadspara definirem a estratégia de testes das demandas.
  • Definir de padrões de qualidade, criando modelos e exemplos.
  • Realizar a gestão das práticas de QA da Tribo.
  • Interfaces com diversas squads e business units da XP, com o intuito de elevar a qualidade de atendimento do time de QA

  • Monitorar nossas aplicações e infraestrutura é essencial para subir o nível da entrega, nossas principais ferramentas sãoDynatrace,Grafana,ZabbixeKibana.
  • Banco de dados é importante no processo de qualidade, conhecimento comSQL,Oracle,MongoDBsão importantes para estruturar os testes.
  • Aqui na XP atuamos com as culturas Ágil e deDevOps, focando em entregas, integrações e implantações contínuas, para nos auxiliarmos no processo, utilizando oMicrosoft AzureDevOps.
