to our Demand
Marketing

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Demand Marketing Manager and is designated Flex.

Responsibility

  • Collaborate with marketing and business partners to execute marketing activities that aligns with sales strategies
  • Assist demand marketing managers with activities such as webinars, live events, physical events, social media copies, advertising, content generation, and project management
  • Cooperate in the administrative tasks working closely with the extended marketing
  • Partner with sales teams to understand their goals, processes, and clients
  • Ensure quality, clarity, and consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Utilize multiple analytic tools to track and evaluate the performance of individual initiatives
  • Provide insights and actively search for different ways to reach the audience across different segments

What You Bring:

Basic

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor or specialized master's degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field and enrolled during the term of the internship
  • Fluent in English

Preferred

  • 2+ years of related academic or work experience
  • Strong writing and communication skills, both in Portuguese and English
  • Analytical, structured, wellorganized, processoriented, with a logical mindset
  • High commitment to deadlines and quality
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, systems processes, and organizational skills
