Planejar, preparar e analisar relatórios financeiros das empresas do grupo, compreendendo análises de investimento, performance de carteiras, controle de custos e otimização de resultados; analisar a performance da segmentação da carteirade crédito dos clientes; elaborar orçamentos e acompanhar os resultados; trabalhar com plataformas de visualização de dados para BI (business intelligence), modelação de dados e validação de informações.
Habilidades necessárias para a função:
Experiência em análise financeira e monitoramento de múltiplos KPIs; sólida experiência em área financeira; conhecimentos em modelagem de dados e desenvolvimento de fluxos de processos; conhecimento em produtos financeiros, como planos de financiamento, arrendamentos financeiro e operacional, capital de giro e tabelas de amortização; capacidade analítica e focado em solução de problemas - deve ser preciso e concentrado em detalhes.
É importante também:
Nível superior completo nas área de Administração, Economia, Contabilidade ou Engenharia; conhecimentos sólidos em contabilidade e macroeconomia; conhecimentos avançados nas ferramentas do Microsoft Office, principalmente Excel.
Excelente capacidade de comunicação; habilidade para trabalho em equipe e construção de relações de trabalho com outras áreas da organização, influenciando pessoas e processos.
Fluência no idioma inglês e espanhol intermediário desejável. Desejável experiência em Big 4 (com vasta experiência).About us
