Requisitos:

Bacharel em Computação Ciência, Gestão Sistemas de Informação ou outra área relevante (ou experiência equivalente)

  • Experiência 2 a 5 anos de experiência em infraestrutura de TI em multinacional de grande porte empresas, se possível com especialização em
    Serviço ao Usuário Final:
  • Viagens necessárias: Sim (até 20%, inclusive internacionalmente)
  • Experiência comprovada em
    Microsoft MDT, AIK, WDS:
  • Experiência comprovada em
    criação de imagens:
  • Experiência comprovada em
    gerenciamento de estação de trabalho (MS SCCM ou BBCA Marimba ou IBM BigFix):
  • Forte conhecimento em
    sistema operacional Windows:
  • Experiência em
    linguagens de script (VBS, Powershell):
  • Sólido conhecimento de dispositivos relacionados ao usuário final
    (laptop, desktop, tablet, Chromebook):
  • Compreensão sólida de
    GPO, DNS, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, impressão IP, LAN, WLAN, Web navegadores:
  • Conhecimento em
    serviços de impressão:
  • Experiência com o
    framework IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL):
  • Experiência em MDM (Airwatch, MobileIron, Soti, Intune) é um diferencial
  • Primeira experiência com Chrome OS é um diferencial
A missão do Solution Expert é manter um alto nível de especialização neste domínio tecnológico de Workstations.

Ele/Ela fará a ligação com os Gerentes de Serviço e Arquitetos de Soluções na definição da estratégia de serviço, contribuirá para o desenvolvimento do serviço projetando soluções de acordo com a estratégia de serviço e atuará como Nível 3 para apoiar os processos de incidentes/problemas.


Esta posição se reportará ao CUW Global Gerente, bem como Diretor de Serviços ao Usuário Final GIO no Centro das Américas.


Dentro da equipe de Operações Globais, o Solution Expert CUW (Common User Workstation) ajuda a garantir a operação estável de Endpoints baseados em Windows ou Chrome em um perímetro global.

O Solution Expert CUW contribuirá e/ou sugerirá melhorias técnicas para o Serviço de Usuário Final em geral.

Responsabilidades e atividades relacionadas:

Imagens do Windows:
Engenharia e manutenção do CUW global - imagem dourada - (baseado em Windows)

Criar e manter diferentes configurações de CUW

Apoiar e/ ou propor evoluções em relação ao CUW

Evolução e acompanhamento do processo industrial para distribuição da imagem de ouro para Field Service em todo o globo

Compartilhar novas imagens CUW com fornecedores de hardware e validar sua funcionalidade correta

Escrever documentação e procedimentos técnicos

Aderir ao processo de gerenciamento de mudanças e dar suporte a reuniões globais do Conselho Consultivo Chand

Aconselhar sobre decisões de tecnologia e fornecer diretrizes de implementação de serviços

Gerenciamento de estações de trabalho:
Trabalhar próximo e ativamente com outros membros da equipe em diferentes projetos vinculados ao gerenciamento de estações de trabalho

Conduzir trabalho administrativo técnico diário para garantir a disponibilidade, estabilidade e segurança da solução e dos endpoints

Oferece suporte a aplicação de patches e atualizações de sistemas e sistemas operacionais no ambiente

Suporte L3 e solução de problemas, analise problemas e causas raiz


Contribuir para realizar a implementação técnica relevante para apoiar a estratégia da EUS e seu Roteiro PJ, Autônomo Engenharia e manutenção do CUW global - imagem dourada - (baseado em Windows) Compreender e documentar os requisitos técnicos para novos serviços ou aprimoramentos de serviços.

Aconselhar sobre decisões de tecnologia e fornecer diretrizes de implementação de serviços

Analisar e fornecer informações sobre propostas de uma perspectiva arquitetônica, incluindo viabilidade, viabilidade técnica

Contribuir para os processos de gerenciamento de problemas e Melhoria Contínua em torno do gerenciamento de estações de trabalho. Isso inclui contribuição com gerenciamento de conhecimento para equipes de suporte ao usuário final (procedimentos, artigos de conhecimento, etc.,.)
