As a
Head of Field Marketing at Yalo, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the overall Brazil operation marketing plan that supports the regional sales strategy to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversion rates.

Main responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a regionspecific marketing plan that supports the regional sales strategy to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversion rates.
  • Plan and host online and offline events to create netnew sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities and deepen our existing customer relationships
  • Assist regional sales team as needed, including increasing brand awareness locally/regionally, and driving leads and MQLs for your sales region
  • Support various other marketing projects as needed
  • Collect and share marketing and sales recaps to key stakeholders.
  • Creating and managing key partnerships with local businesses/organizations who can help with our word of mouth campaigns and build community relations (trade shows, skydiving events, festivals, local networking groups, charities, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the operations team to develop metrics to measure the success of all initiatives to increase effectiveness and drive scale of the programs.
  • Tracking results of all national campaign activity and making recommendations for future activity (KPI's, budgets/financial returns, ROI, planning, sizing)
  • Managing local marketing budget including, but not limited to local partnerships, sponsorships, brand ambassador labor, agency spend, media spend, donations etc.
  • Produce budget tracker to forecast spend and keep uptodate on current spend while tracking ROI, KPIs, and goals for each respective transaction.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's in marketing or related discipline
  • 5+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in field marketing implementing integrated campaigns across multiple locations
  • Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy
  • Experience partnering with an enterprise sales team
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Strong communication skills written and oral (English mandatory & Spanish desirable)
  • You are entrepreneurial and work well in a rapidly changing environment
  • Confident with a dynamic personality
