The Role: Head of Marketing (aka Marketing Rockstar)


We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and strategic “jack of all trades” marketing leader who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty. If you thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and love the challenge of building from scratch, you’ll fit right in. You’ll be the mastermind behind our marketing efforts, shaping our brand and driving growth.

Strategic Objectives:


  • Lead the Marketing Team: Inspire and guide a growing team of marketing professionals. Starting as an IC and quickly growing the team as Nuvia grows
  • Brand & Audience Growth: Develop strategies to scale our brand and exponentially grow our audience.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure they have the materials and support they need.
What You’ll Do:


  • Craft Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute strategies that make our social media channels pop, mostly focused on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Website Wizardry: Own our website, ensuring it’s always fresh, engaging, and optimized for high conversion.
  • Ads That Convert: Design and manage ad campaigns that drive traffic and generate leads.
  • Content Marketing Genius: Produce and oversee content that educates, entertains, and converts.
  • Create Killer Marketing Materials: From brochures to whitepapers, your content will wow our audience.
  • Lead the Marketing Team: Inspire and guide a growing team of marketing pros.
  • Brand & Audience Growth: Develop strategies to scale our brand and grow our audience exponentially.
What You Bring:


  • Experience: 8+ years in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in leadership positions owning end-to-end marketing initiatives. Expertise in Product Marketing is a plus.
  • Startup Savvy & Growth Mentality: You’ve built things from 0 to 1 and know how to make it happen. You have a good knowledge of the blueprint to scale Nuvia.
  • Strategic Thinker: You can see the big picture and break it down into actionable steps.
  • Creative Impact: Your ideas are fresh, bold, and impactful.
  • Data-Driven: You make decisions based on data and know your way around analytics tools.
  • Excellent Communicator: Your writing and speaking skills are top-notch.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Collaborative: You work well with others and can build strong relationships across teams.
  • Adaptable: You thrive in fast-paced environments and can handle ambiguity with ease.
