You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies. You will lead the comprehensive strategy across the company's channels, ensuring high levels of satisfaction among current and potential customers, guaranteeing their long-term retention.

You’ll be leading the development of locally compelling campaigns and measuring their performance.


Main Functions:


  • Develop and implement adaptations of the company's marketing strategy.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional marketing, public relations, advertising, and events.
  • Lead relationships with marketing agencies and maximize their performance.
  • Lead various marketing stakeholders in the growing Brazil team.
  • Align with and report to; LATAM operations center and our headquarters in Poland.
  • Ensure efficient use of the marketing budget.
  • Analyze performance of marketing campaigns and effectively apply adjustments.
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and best practices.
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Conceptualize, build, and execute multichannel campaigns throughout the user lifecycle, ensuring alignment of communications across all channels.
  • Gather customer and market information to develop outreach strategies, increase conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
  • Align with global acquisition goals through the highly effective ideation, execution, and management of strategic marketing programs.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of campaign performance; offer variation insights and provide corrective actions to mitigate adverse or enhance positive impacts.


Skills:


  • Experience in working with investment brokers of all kinds.
  • Very good knowledge about Brazilian investment and financial industry.
  • Knowledge of all forms of social media common in Brazil.
  • Very good knowledge of influencers, especially investment and financial ones on the Brazilian market.
  • Knowledge of websites related to investment, economic and financial topics. Information portals, offer comparison websites and others.
  • Personal relationships with popular people related to finance, investment and economics is very welcome.
  • The ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with people popular on the Internet, such as influencers or influencer agencies.
  • Experience in preparing scripts for video materials, short (shorts, reels, TikTok) and long forms. Especially with influencers or agencies.
  • Knowledge about paid internet marketing tools.
  • Experience in cooperation with affiliates and affiliate agencies
  • Very good knowledge of financial markets.
  • Basic Knowledge about SEO and SEO analysis tools.
  • Willingness to perform on the videos or on presential seminars is very welcome.
  • Good level of English.
  • High self-discipline and team communication.
  • Creativity and willingness to create new solutions.
  • Experience in managing marketing or sales teams.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the financial and investment industry.
  • Capability of creating all kinds of content related to investments and finance topics.
