About the positions:


We are building an integration partner team to create and build relationships and integrations with well known companies across different industries in the Brazilian market.

As a partnerships manager you will work remotely in Brazil, directly reporting to the Head of Partnerships based in Moscow and working with the marketing, product and developer teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Head of Partnerships in developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to expand our network of partners in Brazil.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partnerships aligned with the company's objectives and target market (we are looking into partnering with companies from different industries)
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and potential partnership opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to proactively identify partnership opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and sales teams to identify partnership needs.
  • Represent the organization at key industry events, conferences and networking events.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, tracking key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Work with the Head of Partnerships on negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements.
  • Get an understanding of the technical requirements for the creation of a partner company's integration with Kommo and vise-versa.
  • Act as an intermediary between the Kommo developers / product team and the partner company we are creating an integration for in the Kommo marketplace.
  • Collaborate with partner companies to publish Kommo in their directory and marketplace.
  • Arrange the participation of Kommo on events organized by partner companies.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent Portuguese
  • Fluent Russian
  • IT related experience, front or backend development (optional)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for building and nurturing relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, startup/scaleup environment, adapting to changing priorities and delivering results under pressure.
  • Proactive with an ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.

Salary:
From R$398,624.00 per month
