Como Sales Operations Assistant, você será peça fundamental no nosso departamento de Vendas

Suas principais responsabilidades incluirão:

_ Sales Enablement:
_


  • Análise, envio e follow up de cotações junto aos cliente e times de pricing;
  • Atuação ativa na reunião mensal de Pricing;
  • Atribuição e gerenciamento de leads;
  • Facilitação de licitações (BIDs);
  • Suporte para a equipe de vendas com apresentações e relatórios;
  • Coordenação de integração e treinamento com o time;
  • Relatórios e análises de mercado;
  • Relatórios de desempenho de vendas;
  • Gerenciamento de CRM e monitoramento de integridade do pipeline.

_ Comunicação:

  • Apoio a reuniões de vendas;
  • Gerenciamento de visitantes;
  • Contato diário com clientes de Vendas.

_ Marketing:

  • Criação de materiais de marketing e apresentações;
  • Organização de eventos para clientes.

_ Requisitos:
_
_ _**- Gerenciar a entrega mensal de relatórios-chave para o Gerente de Vendas da filial;

  • Gerenciar reuniões semanais de vendas, conforme orientação do Gerente de Vendas da filial;
  • Organizar eventos de vendas para promover o envolvimento de clientes existentes e novos;
  • Garantir que materiais de marketing atualizados estejam acessíveis à equipe de vendas e criar apresentações em PowerPoint para clientes a partir de vários materiais de marketing. Trabalhar com a equipe de Marketing da CHQ para conteúdo personalizado, quando necessário;
  • Gerenciar visitantes da empresa e agendar reuniões com a equipe de vendas;
  • Fornecer leads qualificados de vendas para a equipe;
  • Entregar e coordenar informações de resposta a propostas solicitadas pela equipe de Vendas local ou pela rede Expeditors;
  • Atuação ativa com os times de pricing no envio e follow up das cotações, além de participação ativa na reunião mensal de Pricing;
  • Participar de sessões de treinamento e desenvolvimento para entender os requisitos de Vendas;
  • Organizar sessões de treinamento relacionadas às Vendas para sua filial, conforme orientação do Gerente de Vendas da filial;
  • Atualizar o CRM e garantir que as medições de integridade de dados sejam atendidas para a filial;
  • Assumir tarefas adicionais, conforme necessário, em apoio às necessidades da empresa.

Qualificações

  • Bacharelado e/ ou cursando Comércio Exterior, Administração Geral
  • Inglês Avançado
  • Dinâmico & organizado
  • Curioso, sempre em busca de conhecimento e melhoria
  • Comunicativo (boa comunicação verbal e escrita)
  • Proficiência no pacote Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) e Conhecimento em Power BI
  • Habilidades sólidas de resolução de problemas, organização e interpessoais.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar produtivamente tanto individualmente quanto em um ambiente de equipe.
  • Senso de urgência para atingir metas.
  • Automotivação com habilidade para trabalhar em um ambiente de ritmo acelerado e em constante mudança.
  • Empoderado para tomar decisões rápidas em resposta a condições em constante mudança.
