    Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
  • Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to resolve issues or complaints
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed
    Skills:
  • Bilingual proficiency in English is preferred
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Multilingual abilities are a plusDays of work:Wednesday to Sunday9am
  • 6pmovertime is possible
    Salary: R$ R$20.00 per hourApplication Question(s):
