Job Description Location:

São Paulo - SP Objective: We are seeking a Systems and Solutions Lead Brazil to be responsible for managing our HR technology and systems vendors as well as systems governance and data quality pipeline.

As the Systems and Solutions Consultant, you will lead the management and development of technology solutions that support our HR department playing a key role in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects to ensure seamless migration of HR data systems.

The successful candidate will be a technical expert, a problem solver, and a collaborative team player.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain our HR systems, including but not limited to Workday, ADP Payroll, WebForms Application, ServiceNow, SmartRecruiters, Learning Edge and MacChips timesheet system; Develop and implement a comprehensive governance systems framework, establishing policies, procedures, and guidelines for vendor selection, onboarding, and maintenance.

Take ownership of our data governance and data quality pipeline, ensuring accurate, consistent, and reliable HR data across all systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system enhancement opportunities and implement necessary changes to improve functionality and user experience. Act as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries and issues, providing prompt resolutions and exceptional customer support.

Participate in M&A projects, leading the migration of HR data systems and ensuring seamless integration with IT and HR teams.

Lead system-related projects, including upgrades, integrations, and new feature implementations, ensuring successful planning, execution, and completion within defined timelines and budget.

Support the understanding and presentation of local needs within global initiatives. Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and implement security measures to protect sensitive HR data.

Build and maintain automation flows related to HR data mainly Workday (PowerApps & Power Automation) Provide expert guidance, training, and support to HR colleagues and end-users.

Ensure seamless IT integration within the Syngenta IT environment. Support the identification and specification of reporting requirements. Adapt HRIS and processes to accommodate regional particularities.

WL4A Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information Engineering,Technology, Computer Science, or related field Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing HR technology systems and vendors Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with HR systems, particularly Workday, ADP Global view, WebForms application, and MacChips, PowerApps & Power Automation, timesheet system.

Demonstrated experience in managing HR system operations, enhancements, and projects. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify system-related issues, analyze complex problems, and provide effective solutions. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity and security.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR teams, IT, and external vendors.

Proactive mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and system optimization. Advanced English & Spanish for communication.

Desirable:

Deep knowledge in Workday, ADP Global View and Power Automate Experience in project management (PMO); Vendor Relationship Management experience Experience with systems implementation methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, etc.
