About the Job:
This position in Sao Paulo, Brazil focuses on supporting the global, regional, and local Finance strategy through collaboration with Business Finance and Finance Operations. The role involves driving continuous improvement in processes, systems, and ways of working to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in Finance. Additionally, it entails leading process design and system changes in compliance with local requirements and internal policies.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to enhance Finance performance
  • Manage FP&T portfolio planning and initiatives
  • Review and reprioritize portfolio projects when needed
  • Champion Finance processes and deliver change
  • Identify opportunities for sustainable Finance processes and systems
  • Develop individual and team capabilities through learning and collaboration
  • Act as the main contact for Finance stakeholders

Qualifications:
  • CPA, Finance, Business Management, or IT qualification
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in multinational finance
  • Proficiency in data analysis and change management
  • Ability to work in a complex multi-cultural organization
  • Excellent command of English
