What you'll do:

SAP Industry Product Engineering iXp Intern - Developer

Location:
São Leopoldo, RS - Brazil (hybrid)

  • Develop software using agile software engineering and clean code.
  • Understand technical and functional requirements related to business needs.
  • Work within a global team on international projects.
  • Get to work with latest technologies and work with worldclass developers who will take your professional skills to the next level.
  • Learn how continuous integration and DevOps works in a global development environment.
  • Be part of a globally distributed group that has an enormous impact in the Enterprise Software industry on a global scale.
  • Work in an environment that fosters feedback, autonomy and decentralized decisionmaking creating a culture of innovation, diversity and empathy.

What you bring:

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Undergraduate students in IT/Computer science or related areas (from the 2nd semester or later or to be graduated in approximately 24 months).
  • Software development skills in any of the following technologies: Java, Node, JavaScript, React.
  • Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, space and runtime complexity.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Teamwork, proactiveness and focus on results.
  • Ability to pick up knowledge in new areas very fast.
  • Have an innovative, inclusive, and empathic mindset.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD is a plus.
  • Experience with software quality assurance and test methodologies is a plus.
