RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES:
Como Product Manager, você irá**:
- Planejar o gotomarket de uma nova unidade de negócios da CERC;
- Originar novos negócios;
- Conceber novos produtos e funcionalidades;
- Engajar e coordenar equipes internas na viabilização do Produto;
- Analisar e acompanhar a performance do Produto e evolução do mercado;
- Gestão de equipe;
- Utilizar estratégias como MVP para desenvolvimento do Produto;
- Desenvolver o backlog em conjunto com a squad, priorizar itens e mantêlo atualizado;
- Gerenciar P&L dos produtos;
- Treinamento do time comercial referente aos produtos.
REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES:
Você pode dar match com nossos desafios tendo:
- Experiência com a concepção de novos produtos e negócios para mercado B2B;
- Boa capacidade analítica para identificação de gaps e necessidades do mercado;
- Conhecimento do mercado financeiro, registro de cédulas e/ou garantias (ótimo diferencial);
- Experiência em IMFs ou registro de cédulas e títulos bancários, exemplos:
Cédulas
- CCB, CPR e CCCB

- CDB e RDB
