Irá trabalhar como Gerente Medical Affairs - Nutrição Enteral para todos os produtos da categoria de Nutrição Especializada da Danone BR, atuando no nosso escritório em São Paulo no modelo híbrido

Suas principais atividades serão:

  • Gerenciar área de medical affairs institucional, oncologia e adultos SN (nutrição especializada);
  • Liderar uma equipe de analistas e estagiários;
  • Contribuição para elaboração dos planos das marcas e elaboração do plano médicos;
  • Realizar apresentações científicas, educacionais e promocionais;
  • Colaboração em treinamentos internos.
  • Obter insights científicos para as várias necessidades através de boards, leitura técnica, congressos, etc
  • Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos com sociedades profissionais e colaboração com especialistas científicos relevantes da área
  • Desenvolver e disseminar conhecimento médico, garantindo permanente atualização do portfólio e pipeline sob sua responsabilidade
  • Identificar projetos de geração de evidências atendendo as necessidades do portfolio e pipeline da empresa, identificando potenciais centros de pesquisa clínica e bancos de dados ou outras fontes de geração de evidências locais.
  • Gerenciar projetos e atividades demandadas pelos clientes internos como marketing, área regulatória, pesquisa e inovação.
  • Apoiar às áreas de vendas/marketing/equipes internas
  • Suportar as equipes de desenvolvimento de produtos e supervisionar a viabilidade técnica de projetos globais e locais (projetos de inovação);
  • Integrar os times globais e/ou participar dos fóruns globais nas quais a perspectiva Regional Medical e Scientific Affairs é necessária.
About you

  • Graduação em Medicina, Nutrição ou demais áreas da saúde;
  • Conhecimento em nutrição oncológica;
  • Experiência prévia na função de líder de Medical Affairs;
  • Experiência prévia em empresas de indústria farmacêutica, dispositivos médicos ou alimentos/suplementos;
  • Inglês fluente;
  • Experiência em oncologia e/ou mercado hospitalar;
  • Forte visão de negócios; Tradução de expertise e conhecimento científico para atingir os objetivos de negócio identificados da empresa;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar no modelo híbrido, frequentando presencialmente o nosso escritório na Av. Paulista (São Paulo
  • SP) pelo menos 2x na semana.
