O que buscamos em você?- Ensino superior completo.- Inglês intermediário/avançado.- Espanhol será diferencial.- Perfil colaborativo com uma abordagem positiva e ativa.- Senso de urgência.- Conhecimento em ERP, SAP será diferencial.- Proficiência em Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams e Outlook) e habilidade em navegar em sistemas internos.


Suas Principais Funções Serão:

  • Executar o atendimento aos clientes e suporte para o time Comercial, analisando e acompanhando as transações comerciais desde a solicitação do cliente, entrega do produto e pos vendas, avaliando e viabilizando a possibilidade de atender os clientes com excelência, garantindo a satisfação e concentrandose em atingir as metas estipuladas.
  • Responsável pelo recebimento dos pedidos de compra dos clientes, fazendo a crítica quanto a preço, prazo de pagamento, quantidade e cadastro do cliente.
  • Liberar e programar o faturamento.
  • Executar e analisar relatórios relacionados a carteira de pedidos, consultas de clientes, reclamações, problemas de entrega/serviço e motivos para devoluções de produtos.
  • Responsável pelo pos vendas quanto a possíveis rupturas de entrega, intermediando para resolução, além de processamento de notas de crédito e ordens de retorno.
  • Interface entre as áreas internas (Comercial, Supply Chain, Financeiro, Crédito, Logistica) para garantir a excelência na vida do pedido até a entrega do produto aos nossos clientes.
  • Garantir que os sistemas estejam atualizados com as informações mais recentes sobre disponibilidade de produtos, data de entrega prevista, alterações de preços, entregas retidas por excesso de limite de crédito e outros.
  • Solicitar cadastro de novos clientes e manter os cadastros atualizados.
  • Comunicarse proativamente com os clientes sobre possíveis problemas nos pedidos.
