Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Conduzir reuniões de planejamento de produto e revisões de roadmap em campo _(oficinas mecânicas, patios de caminhôes etc)._
- Integrar feedback de diversas partes interessadas para informar decisões de planejamento.
- Utilizar ferramentas analíticas avançadas para extrair insights acionáveis.
- Preparar e apresentar relatórios de progresso para a direção da empresa.
- Product Discovery a partir de ideação e iteração com clientes _(oficinas mecânicas de veículos pesados, transportadoras de carga, patios de caminhôes etc)._
- Engajarse em atividades de Product Discovery em campo _(oficinas mecânicas de veículos pesados, transportadoras de carga, patios de caminhôes etc)._, incluindo ideação, prototipagem e iteração.
- Colaborar com equipes de design e pesquisa para garantir uma compreensão profunda do públicoalvo.
- Prototipação de jornadas e construção de Histórias.
- Coordenar com a equipe de desenvolvimento para definir requisitos e cronogramas.
- Definir estratégias de GTM ao lançar novas funcionalidades e produtos.
- Colaborar ativamente com as equipes de Vendas, Marketing e Customer Success para garantir uma abordagem coesa e eficaz.
- Realizar Customer Research para garantir o real entendimento das dores dos clientes _(locadoras, oficinas mecânicas de veículos pesados, transportadoras de carga, patios de caminhôes etc)._, JTBD, funcionalidades e novas linhas de produto.
- Definir e formular hipóteses de experimentação para testar possibilidades e realizar protótipos MVP.
Requisitos e qualificações Hard Skills**- Planejamento estratégico de produto (Value Proposition, Business Modeling).
- Strategic Models (SWOT, TAM/SAM/SOM, Product Strategy Canvas, etc.).
- Market Research (Competidores, Gartner, Forrester, etc.).
- Conhecimento de ferramentas de gestão de projeto e roadmap (ex: JIRA, Trello, etc.).
- Profundo conhecimento em gestão de produtos e metodologias ágeis (Lean, Agile, Scrum).
- Customer Discovery, Customer Research, Product Discovery, Writing, JBTD, User Journey Mapping.
- User Prototypes, MVP Prototypes, Hipóteses.
- GTM Strategies (Segmentation, Positioning, Pricing, Messaging, Channels, Customer Engagement, Launch Plan).
