Sobre a Oportunidade
O Executivo de contas será responsável por dar suporte às escolas ou vendedores já parceiros, reter esses clientes, acompanhar a carteira, realizar reuniões externas e internas, realizar implementação técnica e sistêmica, conectar escolas com vendedores ou vice versa, renegociar contratos e realizar interface e conexão do cliente com o time de produto identificando oportunidades de melhoria.
Atividades a serem desempenhadas
- Realizar atendimento e suporte dos clientes: operacional e técnico.
- Acompanhar carteira de clientes: mapear e desenvolver possibilidades de novos negócios com os clientes.
- Realizar reuniões externas ou online com clientes: mapear feedbacks e identificar pontos de atenção e risco para a parceria.
- Identificar possibilidades de conexão entre Escolas e Fornecedores.
- Realizar Implementação técnica e sistêmica: aplicar para clientes novos na etapa de Onboarding.
- Realizar Follow Ups e reuniões periódicas com os clientes: Realizar ao longo de toda a jornada para acompanhamento.
- Realizar indicação de escolas para vendedores e renegociar contratos
- Manter contato com o cliente: focar em estratégias de engajamento
- Realizar Interface e conexão do cliente : envolver o time de Produto e Tecnologia para melhorias de produto e experiência do usuário
- Utilizar o CRM e Pipedrive para gestão de relacionamento com o cliente, registro de atividades e reports executivos a liderança.
Requisitos
- Comunicação eficiente
- Conhecimento básico em jornada de Serviço do Cliente
- Negociação e argumentação
- Técnicas de rapport e relacionamento
- Conhecimento básico do mercado educacional (ciclos, conhecimento da estrutura de escolas e vendedores)
- Relacionamento interpessoal (com clientes externos e time interno)
- Comunicação
- Planejamento e organização (gestão de tempo e prioridades)
- Capacidade analítica e orientação a dados
- Planejamento e organização (gestão de tempo e prioridades)
- Visão de negócios
- Conhecimento sobre a estrutura e processos de venda online
- Conhecimento sobre CRM
Tipo de vaga: Tempo integral
Local de trabalho: Híbrido em SP
Remuneração: 5k a 6k CLT
Benefícios:
