  • Degree in Business, IT, Management or related field
  • 5+ years of experience working in enterprise sales, business development
  • Desired experience & familiarity with Loyalty concepts and platforms, CRMs and MarTech sector
  • Being uptodate with online marketing best practices and current Latin America market trends
  • Strong and confident with presentation, communication and demonstration skills
  • Previous experience working under multicutural environment
  • Residence in the city of São Paulo-SP
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Your responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify growth potential inside target markets
  • Identify and engage prospective clients, nurturing relationships from initial contact to deal closure in the field of loyalty and customer engagement
  • Plan, prepare and conduct presentations & product demos for clients
  • Attend conferences and trade shows
  • Create and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and most clientfacing materials during the sales process (offers, presentations, etc.)
  • Prepare, negotiate and close commercial agreements with clients (in cooperation with the Legal Department, Production teams and Sales Director)
