JOB SUMMARY:- Lead and direct e-commerce sales and team to achieve sales and profit goals- Design and recommend online sales programs and set short and long-term online sales strategies to boost sales and enhance user experience- Manage operational performance, including strategy, data analysis, product marketing, review enhancements, and content strategy development

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Develop and implement online pricing strategies
  • Develop market-specific strategies to increase direct online sales
  • Ensure smooth implementation and commercialization of new online features and products
  • Manage website and sales channel information with product updates and onsite promotions
  • Develop project deliverables, performance metrics, and business analysis
  • Monitor and enforce Minimum Advertised Pricing policies
  • Work in conjunction with LATAM Team and National Sales Manager for channel-specific marketing activities
  • Coach and develop direct reports to achieve eCommerce Sales and profit targets

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Develop and execute overall online sales strategy and budgets
  • Manage eCommerce Distributor relationships and act as the key contact for accounts
  • Utilize analytics to assess program's success and improve strategies
  • Attend ongoing market training to maximize sales and profits
  • Lead project management on Web Development projects
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide a seamless customer experience
  • Teach various aspects of Amazon SEO and Mercado Livre
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within the company and subsidiaries
  • Manage products acquired illegally, reported by lawyers
  • Complete special projects to achieve corporate sales and profit objectives
  • Perform other assigned duties

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 4-7 years of eCommerce experience, preferred with Mercado Livre and Amazon
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and front-end web development
  • Experience managing direct reports
  • High-functioning Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong planning/organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Change management skills and adaptability
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
