The Retail team is currently seeking a Senior Pricing Program Manager to spearhead pricing strategy and operations in Brazil.

The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing, developing, and executing pricing strategies across all retail categories in Brazil. This entails ensuring that we cultivate enduring customer trust by providing competitive prices on millions of products.

Moreover, the Senior Pricing Program Manager will oversee all pricing operations in the country, implementing scalable solutions, furnishing business teams with insightful metrics, and liaising with leadership in Brazil.



In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with business teams to align pricing strategies with their objectives
  • Assess the retail landscape, fine-tune our pricing strategy, and generate valuable insights for business teams to offer compelling prices
  • Engage with various teams at Amazon, such as Pricing Operations, Business Intelligence, Vendor Managers, Category Leaders, Payments, and Finance
  • Review pricing endeavors regularly to ensure our competitiveness remains intact
  • Develop and present crucial pricing initiatives and metrics
  • Lead and execute initiatives to fruition, collaborating efficiently with supporting teams
  • Gain a profound understanding of Brazil-specific requirements and educate global teams accordingly
We are considering candidates who can work from either of the following locations:

Campinas, SP, BRA | São Paulo, SP, BRA

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Extensive experience working collaboratively across tech and non-tech teams
  • Proficiency in program or project management
  • Demonstrated ability in managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Track record in implementing repeatable processes and promoting automation or standardization
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record in delivering projects within stipulated scope, time, budget, and quality criteria
