As the Program Manager for Ads in the Brazil Marketplace, you will be a strategic leader responsible for driving Ads adoption among 3P sellers across the country.

Leveraging your exceptional capacity to coordinate cross-functional workstreams, you will develop and execute initiatives to boost Ads participation, educate sellers, and align local strategy with global teams.

Key job responsibilities

  • Identify key seller pain points and design targeted programs to address them, increasing Ads adoption
  • Manage critical relationships with central teams and external agencies to coordinate strategy
  • Support the Outsourced Account Coverage team in defining gotomarket strategies and driving efficiency
  • Work closely with the sales organization to engage strategic sellers and drive Ads growth
  • Define local Ads goals and train Marketplace account managers on successful Ads launch tactics
  • Track and report core Ads metrics like participation rate, active sellers, and Ads % of GMV
A day in the life

As the Ads Program Manager for the Brazil Marketplace, you'll drive strategic initiatives to boost Ads adoption among 3P sellers.

Your day will be filled with cross-functional collaboration - aligning with global teams, working closely with internal and external teams to optimize seller support for Ads, and engaging directly with the sales organization to develop targeted programs.

You'll use data to identify opportunities, coordinate with stakeholders and vendor partners, and execute plans to increase Ads participation, active sellers, and overall Ads contribution to GMV.

This fast-paced, high-impact role allows you to make a tangible difference in the lives of sellers.

Sao Paulo, SP, BRA

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
