Medical Devices Maintenance Specialist III

Sua função:
- Prestar suporte técnico aos clientes quanto a aspectos operacionais ou de preservação de equipamentos e/ou sistemas.
- Verificar e aprovar a qualidade operacional dos equipamentos e/ou sistema.
- Diagnosticar falhas mecânicas, de hardware, software e sistemas usando procedimentos estabelecidos pela matriz.
- Interpretar as necessidades do cliente, identificar o solucionador de problemas e direcionar dentro da estrutura interna da empresa.
- Manter todos os registros e documentos atualizados de acordo com as políticas e legislação da empresa.
- Preparar relatórios para análise de tendências de falhas de produtos e problemas de capacidade de serviço.
Você é a pessoa certa se:
- Tiver experiência na área como Engenheiro/Técnico de Campo, tendo atuado com equipamentos de imagem de grande porte tais como raios-x, hemodinâmica, tomografia, ressonância magnética.
- Possuir certificado de conclusão do ensino superior em Engenharia Elétrica, Eletrônica, Automação ou afins e CREA ativo.
- Inglês intermediário - leitura e comunicação.
