O que você vai fazer


Como um(a) analista sênior de Sales Planning, você será responsável pela condução e definição dos alvos de sell in e sell out da companhia, dentro de um processo multifuncional de planejamento, com representantes das diversas áreas da Consumer (Finanças, Marketing, Trade, Vendas e Supply Chain).


Além do profundo conhecimento de dados e da ferramenta do Excel é necessária uma boa comunicação, pois será responsável por conduzir as discussões do ciclo de IBP com a visão principalmente de Sell Out e DOH (dias de estoque).


Um ponto importante a destacar é que a área está um uma jornada para trazer cada vez mais agilidade para o processo, pensando em transformação digital.

Responsabilidades

  • Tocar o processo com os squads (areas multifuncionais)
  • Participar ativamente das discussões de alvo
  • Ser dono da informação de Sell Out e DOH
  • Ter uma boa comunicação em fóruns para questinar/defender os números discutidos
  • Atualizar os cenários de discussão com projeção de mercado/vendas
  • Buscar insights/análises prévias para cada marca
  • Transformar dados em informação gerencial para tomada de decisão
