Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and draft master subscription, professional services, and other types of agreements with customers
  • Have familiarity with contract negotiation with public entities, directly or indirectly via resellers
  • Partner with revenue recognition, sales operations, technology operations, and other partner teams to ensure agreements are consistent with internal corporate policies and processes
  • Ensure negotiations are conducted in line with our core values of trust a and transparency

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bilingual in English and Portuguese
  • At least 610 years of combined experience in law firm and/or inhouse legal department including experience negotiating and drafting technology license/Internet service/professional services agreements with public sector end customers.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly adaptable and serviceoriented attitude
  • Ability to coordinate, prioritise and handle deadlines in a fastbased work environment
  • Ability to maintain strong working relationships with internal clients
  • Sound and practical business judgment

Desired Skills/ Experience:

  • Substantive expertise in software as a service transactions
  • Substantive experience with public sector contracts
