RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Você irá liderar um time de PMs definindo a estratégia e visão de alguns dos nossos produtos do ecossistema do GB; Criar alianças e formar parceria com diversas áreas internas para gerenciar todo ciclo de desenvolvimento de produtos, buscando construir soluções sustentáveis para atender o mercado que estamos inseridos; Conduzir as discussões estratégicas dos produtos sob sua responsabilidade, garantindo objetivos, roadmap e visão claras; É esperado que você seja uma liderança orquestradora, tendo habilidade de delegar e engajar o time em busca dos objetivos da equipe, estando, ao mesmo tempo, próximo e com profundo conhecimento do que estamos trabalhando; Criar e manter nossos produtos competitivos se utilizando de seu profundo conhecimento de mercado; Experimentar pequeno, errar rápido e evoluir a partir dos aprendizados; Desenvolver uma equipe de alta performance, referência na disciplina de Product Management; Estar confortável com um ambiente dinâmico e em transformação.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Sólida experiência com gestão de pessoas como Group Product Manager; Ter trabalhado anteriormente como Product Manager ou Product Owner, contribuindo individualmente para entrega de produtos e features de sucesso; Profunda experiência na definição e acompanhamento de métricas e objetivos de produto; Experiência prévia na concepção de produtos digitais; Experiência com metodologias ágeis.
