We are now looking for IT Project Managers in Brazil


You will belong to the Project Management Chapter, where you share knowledge and experiences with colleagues working in the same field as you with approximately 200 Project Managers around the world.

In Brazil we are about 25 Project Managers, with a mindset to support each other in the daily work.

Who are you?


To succeed in this role, you are an IT Project Manager with over 10 years experience from leading Agile projects - ready to take the next step.

You are looking for your next step in your career and want to be challenged and have the opportunity to learn by doing.

You are passionate about leading, planning and stay up to date with the latest trends in IT and Tech.

As we are in a constantly changing environment it's important that you are confident and has the ability to deal with a degree of ambiguity.

With a clear customer value driven mindset and natural solution/problem solving skills, you are going to have the right tools to succeed in our environment.


As you will be driving new and exciting projects that can vary in both complexity and scale, we see that you are a quick learner and is eager to explore.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Cooperates with all stakeholders to define vision, business value/business case, scope, project objectives, requirements and deliverables for the project within the framework decided by the Steering Committee
  • Leads the planning and implementation of project as well as project timelines
  • Manages project tasks, resources and budget
  • Quality assurance & management
  • Provides direction and support to project team
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • Plan, organize, report and follow up the assignment
  • Ensure Change Management activities, communication, organizational changes, competence requirements, deployment strategy, training and rollout
  • Identify, articulate and engage stakeholders (Stakeholder Management)
  • Ability to manage larger and complex projects as well as to work with senior management level
  • Brings strategic as well as cultural aspects into the way projects are managed and structured
