Job Summary

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects in the Infield Logistics area. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating team members and third-party contractors, and delivering projects according to plan. The IT Project Manager will also define project objectives, oversee quality control, and report project status to stakeholders and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
    • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Project Execution
    • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
    • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Project Monitoring and Control
    • Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
    • Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes.
    • Set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
    • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
    • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.
    • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Project Closure
    • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
    • Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team.
    • Proactively manage changes in project scope and identify potential crises.
    Requirements
    • Project Management
      • Proficiency in managing all phases of a project, from initiation to closure.
    • Technical Skills
      • Understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, cloud services, and data management.
    • Agile Methodologies
      • Familiarity with agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
    • Risk Management
      • Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Leadership
      • Ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving project goals.
    • Communication
      • Clear and effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and clients.
    • Decision-Making
      • Ability to make informed and timely decisions, often under pressure.

      • Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
    • Problem-Solving
      • Creative and analytical thinking to overcome challenges and obstacles.
