Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team in Curitiba, Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects in the Infield Logistics area, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Project Execution: Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents, effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Resource Management: Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
  • Project Monitoring and Control: Track project milestones and deliverables, develop and deliver progress reports, and determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, proactively manage changes in project scope, and devise contingency plans.
  • Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Requirements
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Proficiency in managing all phases of a project, from initiation to closure, including planning, executing, monitoring, and closing.
  • Technical Proficiency: Understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, cloud services, and data management.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban to manage projects flexibly and efficiently.
  • Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Vendor Management: Clear and effective communication with vendors to ensure expectations are understood and met, as well as managing contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions, and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Leadership: Inspiring and guiding teams towards achieving project goals.
  • Communication: Clear and effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and clients.
  • Decision-Making: Making informed and timely decisions, often under pressure.
  • Time Management: Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative and analytical thinking to overcome challenges and obstacles.

  • Negotiation: Ability to negotiate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure project success.
  • Adaptability: Being flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements and environments.
