Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team in Curitiba, Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects in Infield Logistics, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes.
  • Set and manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties.
  • Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors.
  • Build and develop business relationships vital to the project's success.

Requirements

  • Project Lifecycle Management: Proficiency in managing all phases of a project, from initiation to closure.
  • Technical Proficiency: Understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, cloud services, and data management.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
  • Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Vendor Management: Clear and effective communication with vendors to ensure expectations are understood and met.
  • Leadership: Inspiring and guiding teams towards achieving project goals.
  • Communication: Clear and effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and clients.
  • Decision-Making: Making informed and timely decisions, often under pressure.
  • Time Management: Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative and analytical thinking to overcome challenges and obstacles.
