About the role:
You will elevate new parts of the business to a high level of quality and maintain existing ones. You will report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer and regularly work closely with stakeholders in our business units and enabling functions to ensure effective Business Continuity Management Systems.

We are currently seeking a Technical Manager* Management System Consulting to drive the implementation and integration of Business Continuity Management Systems on a global scale.

Your responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for internal and external management system audits, including the preparation and coordination of an audit plan, as well as an annual management review.

• You will be responsible within the team for the further development and maintenance of the Business Continuity Management System for
existing (e.g., ISO22301) and future certifications.

• You will create and perform crisis exercises for different scenarios, as well as lessons learn sessions.

• With a high degree of freedom, you will coordinate, consult and communicate your Business Continuity Management System topics throughout the whole corporate to shape the efficient growing.

• Besides your solution-oriented mindset and hands-on mentality, you should enjoy interacting with people.

• Within this position you'll gain a broad overview and can influence all important processes from the whole corporate.

Essential Functions:

• Define and ensure the corporate-wide Business Continuity Management Program within the team.

• Plan, coordinate and evaluate internal quality management projects to maintain and onboard new processes.

• Ensure project governance, communication, perform audits, and reporting results to key stakeholder.

• Identify risks related to process and quality along with appropriate action planning.


• Self-driven, structured working and strong interpersonal skills that establish trusted advisor relationships helpful for the daily work.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable position.

• Academic degree in business administration, Information technology, or similar.

• Certified Lead Auditor in ISO22301, similar or willing to acquire them.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

Nice to Haves:

• Project management experience.


• Experience in implementation of various Management Systems (e.g., ISO9001, ISO14001).
