What is the scope of this role? We are looking to hire a Release Manager to join our growing company.

This position will be part of our Engineering department based in our Sao Paolo office in Brazil .

The role will maximize the engagement metrics of Netcracker's digital properties, as well as, the software release configurations according to Customers requirements for projects around the world.


Role and responsibilities are:
Act as Point of Contact for External Release management, alignment of the installation plan with the customer (Configuration / Environment support / Deployment Management / Solution delivery / Customer support)

Activity:
external Release management - Alignment of the installation plan with the customer lessons learn & Improvements - Goes beyond any activity Change management (CRs & HF) - Coordination of new scope and fix issue plans with customer needs managing the liflecycle of a change hosting Cange Aproval Board (CAB) meeting Execute tracking and alignment of software components included on solution track component versions, branches and merges manage deployment issues and troubleshooting Resource planning - Distribution of activities among the team for all RM related tasks within the project and follow the approval of the product on the installation Lead Dev QA BA support roaster IT Deploy teams What skills and experience will you need for this role? At least 5 years experience within Release Management role; Minimum 3 years experience as a developer/lead developer; Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration and development (CI/CD) tools Excellent communication and team building abilities; Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Who is Netcracker Technology?
