O gerente de liberação será responsável por apoiar tarefas relacionadas ao ciclo de vida de gerenciamento de liberação, com foco na coordenação de vários aspectos de rotas inferiores e lançamentos de produção, lançamentos LATAM Finance, sistemas de Broker Dealer e de Relatórios Regulatórios dos EUA.

Essas tarefas incluem, entre outras, discussão de escopo com equipes scrum, coordenação de atividades de implantação com líderes técnicos, criação de solicitações de mudança, planejamento de transferência com equipes de implantação e coordenação de implantação em todas as equipes.

São necessárias excelentes habilidades de comunicação e organização. Deve ser flexível para apoiar atividades de implantação noturnas e finais de semana, conforme necessário.

Habilidades necessárias:
Experiência anterior com gerenciamento de releases para sistemas complexos, conhecimento funcional de criação de Runbook e componentes tecnológicos.


Demonstra habilidades de resolução de problemas e toma iniciativas e deve ser capaz de lidar com múltiplas tarefas e se adaptar a um ambiente em constante mudança.

Supervisiona e auxilia no planejamento, programação, comunicação, coordenação e execução de releases.

Capacidade de ser flexível, priorizar a carga de trabalho, reagir proativamente aos problemas e coordenar de forma eficaz com várias equipes durante os lançamentos.

Facilite os eventos e processos de lançamento do Agile e auxilie as equipes na entrega de valor.
Resolver escalonamentos de lançamentos, rastrear e gerenciar lançamentos e dependências apoiando os resultados da implementação.
Comunique-se com as partes interessadas, coordene-se com fornecedores externos, escale impedimentos, ajude a gerenciar riscos e impulsione melhorias.

Compreensão técnica de componentes de tecnologia como Axiom, Python,.NET, UI, Informatica, Autosys, Database XLR/Radical, PEGA e Tableau.

Experiência com criação de métricas e relatórios de gerenciamento de liberação.

Habilidades desejadas:

  • Experiência em domínios bancários é uma vantagem
