Accountable for:

  • Development of successful sales process improvement to achieve short and longterm targets of the business.
  • Support the regional sales excellence team in develop sales team capabilities.
  • Improve our campaigns ROI (Return on Investment) between previous action analyses and provide recommendation to better campaigns.
  • Lead of commercial policy process due to guarantee our compliance and execution to achieve a best ROI.
  • Support our MSU Head with market data about commercial movements by competitors (Price, commercial campaigns, new products or sales initiatives) to identify opportunities or vulnerabilities.
  • Recommend campaign and Gap closing if needed to achieve our shortterm targets in accord with our IBP process.
Activities

  • Provides guidance and feedback on sales process.
  • Monitoring and analysis and understanding of customer value drivers to maintain or build a better commercial policy.
  • Guarantee a consistent improvement in our NPS (Net Promoter Score)
  • Responsible for commercial policy implementation and review process.
  • Monitors implementation of CRM tools in Brazil.
  • Addresses inconsistencies in commercial policy to review and maintain this tool in high level of compliance.
  • Reports progress on action plans for cost saving with sales process improvement due to reduce our FSE (Fixed Selling Expenses).
  • Collects information on regional team due to maintain our process in conformance and guarantee our best in class process in place.
  • Analyze and determine key insights from Brazil decorative business drives, trends, and operating metrics. Translate our data into insights and actions plans, communicate recommendations to Brazil sales leaderships.
  • Lead the Sales force incentives implementation in Brazil and provide the correct followup due to guarantee a good adherence.
  • Work in close cooperation with sales, product managers and sales operations to ensure success and positive customer experience
  • Responsible for cascade the targets in regional, salesperson, customer level and prepare review (quarterly, semester and Annual).
  • Work with and influence crossfunctional teams including Finance, Business operations, Marketing, Logistics and Sales.
  • Provide sales strategy support to Brazil sales team by providing information, insights and guides when needed.
  • Influencing at the level of motivating and inspiring both the own team as well as multiple stakeholders and customers by providing impactfull advice.
  • Decisionmaking involves the use of creative thinking and judgment to contribute significantly to the overall Deco Brazil strategy with long term scope.
  • Reports to the LATAM Sales Excellence Director.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/Finance/Economics/Engineering
  • Preferably 2+ year experience in a Sales Excellence, continuous improvement, Sales Operations.
  • Some work experience in a customer experience role is an advantage.
  • Analytical mind with good financial acumen.
