A Adyante está buscando uma pessoa para tornar o time de New Business ainda mais incrível Como New Business Executive, você atuará junto ao time de New Business, criando oportunidades e gerando novos negócios para nossa empresa.

Você terá a missão de buscar novas oportunidades de negócio, se relacionar com o mercado, entender tendências e desenvolver projetos altamente atrativos para a aquisição de novas contas, em conjunto com o time de operações da Adyante.


Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Ser responsável pela expansão da Adyante nos clientes ativos, causando impacto direto no nosso crescimento;
  • Prospectar, negociar e conquistar novas oportunidades de negócio;
  • Gerenciar pipeline que inclui leads e prospects com foco em conversão;
  • Realizar diagnóstico e análises, incluindo avaliação de oportunidades de negócio, estrutura organizacional, otimizações operacionais e de processos corporativos;
  • Apresentar e negociar projetos com profissionais de Marketing, Comunicação e Departamentos de Compras;
  • Construir projetos comerciais com argumentos baseados em dados e insights de mercado, focados nos objetivos da empresa em negociação;
  • Documentar todos os passos das negociações no CRM assim como todo o cenário apresentado pelo cliente no momento de início da operação;
  • Liderar o processo de entendimento das necessidades técnicas relacionadas à aplicação do marketing digital de performance dentro de cenários expostos por empresas de diferentes verticais;
  • Elaborar propostas técnicas que respondam às necessidades das marcas de acordo com as soluções que compõem o portfólio da Adyante;
  • Apresentar e negociar projetos a fim de conectar as necessidades das marcas com as soluções que temos para oferecer.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Experiência comercial no segmento publicitário ou empresas de tecnologia e marketing digital;
  • Imprescindível conhecimento em

Marketing Digital:
compra de mídia, SEO, CRM, Social Media e afins;

  • Conhecimento de Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Conhecimento de Powerpoint/Google Slides.
  • Habilidade para criar apresentações.
