Job Opening:
Marketing DirectorWe are looking for a Marketing Director to support Pride Global and our family of companies. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day projects of the global marketing team.

This position will be based in our Sao Paulo office and will involve close collaboration with our CEO, CTO, and Senior Leadership.

The OpportunityDevelopment and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives

Management:
Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Execute digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
Coach and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, agencies, and partners.
Your Qualifications8+ years of experience in marketing roles with increasing responsibilities, ideally in a managerial or leadership capacity.
Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Working knowledge of marketing CRM tools such as HubSpot, Hootsuite, Canva, and SEM Rush.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Salary Range:
The target salary for this role ranges from R$15,000 to R$30,000 per month. The final salary offer will be based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
