What we ́re looking for
Argus is a fast-growing global B2B media company providing essential information to the energy and commodities industries.

What will you be doing?

  • Take ownership of enquiries and effectively handle any customer issues to ensure there is a suitable resolution for the customer, feeding back within the business to the appropriate teams.
  • Be a proactive member of the team by acting on customer feedback and suggesting new ways to improve our processes and the customer experience provided.
  • Become the goto person for registration and finance related queries within the conference team.
  • Monitor revenue and update conference budgets. Provide updates on the number of overdue and outstanding invoices on a weekly basis.
  • Send payment reminders to clients with upcoming payment due dates. Engage in phone calls with clients who have overdue payments to remind them of their past due invoices.
  • Run 'Know your client' (KYC) checks to ensure we are in line with compliance requirements.
  • Build and maintain the conference networking platform, assist attendees with onboarding and troubleshooting issues.
  • Travel to the event when required to support the onsite delivery of the conference and to be the main lead on the registration/enquiries desk.
