Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales / Business Development person with a strong background in the Recruiting & Staffing industry to support our operations in the Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, from lead generation to closing deals, and a deep understanding of the dynamics in the staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the Brazil markets. Use various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital platforms, to generate leads.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their staffing needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients. Ensure all contract terms are met and align with company objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research on market conditions, industry trends, and client needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met and to provide feedback on candidate sourcing and placement.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular sales reports, including forecasts, client feedback, and market insights to senior management.
- Client Onboarding: Oversee the smooth transition of new clients to the account management and recruiting teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Recruiting & Staffing industry, with a focus on the Brazil market.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Should have exposure to Sales Navigator or HubSpot or related tools.
