As Head of Operations, you’ll be responsible for boosting fullfillment performance and scaling team effectiveness across Portugal (mature market) and Brazil (fast-growing market). You’ll lead teams, design scalable processes, and work closely with Product and Sales to ensure reliability and growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and scale operations teams in Portugal and Brazil, ensuring clarity, accountability, and performance.
  • Drive marketplace KPIs: fulfillment rates, cancellations, retention, and response times.
  • Build scalable processes and playbooks to support rapid growth.
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align priorities and deliver results.
  • Use data and dashboards to spot bottlenecks and implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance and operational excellence across both markets.


Your Profile

  • Experience leading operations in startups, marketplaces, or high-growth companies (healthtech is a plus).
  • Strong analytical mindset and KPI-driven decision-making.
  • Proven track record scaling teams and processes.
  • Hands-on, resilient, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to align cross-functional teams.
