About the Role

The Head of Courier Experience will lead all initiatives related to equipment, benefits and the daily experience of riders in Brazil.

The role blends strategy and hands-on execution as you will build the long-term structure while operating key processes directly.


What You’ll Do:

• Lead procurement and negotiation with suppliers of all rider equipment

• Manage inventory accuracy, forecasting and multi-city distribution

• Develop benefit and loyalty initiatives to improve rider experience

• Implement seasonal or special equipment projects

• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Product, PR and CX teams


What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in CX and engagement

• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills

• Highly data-driven profile with strong analytical thinking; SQL skills are a significant plus

• Hands-on profile comfortable with fast-paced environments

• Availability to work on-site in São Paulo and advanced English preferred
