Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the optimization of the rider service center experience by establishing service standards, workflows, and best practices.
- Manage end-to-end follow-up on rider feedback and complaints, developing effective solutions to ensure timely and high-quality responses.
- Regularly analyze service data (such as complaint categories and resolution timelines), identify improvement opportunities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement action plans.
Job Requirements:
- Proven understanding of rider service operations and experience in process design and complaint management.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data insights to enhance service quality.
- Empathy for the rider community, with the ability to understand real-world challenges and propose innovative solutions.
- Native-level proficiency in Portuguese and fluent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
