Analista de Gente e Gestão;
Experiência mínima – 3 anos;
Idiomas - Inglês ;
Formação acadêmica – Superior completo em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia ou áreas afins;
Conhecimento e atuação em Pesquisa de Clima, Avaliação de Desempenho, PDI, Análise de Indicadores, Gestão de Resultados de RH, Gestão de Departamento Pessoal, Ferramentas de Avaliação e Desempenho, Recrutamento e Seleção.
Outros requisitos:
Desejável Pós-graduação em RH/subsistemas de RH;
Conhecimento avançado em Excel e PPT;
Conhecimento em Power BI.
Resumo das principais atividades:
- Suportar as atividades relacionadas a gestão de pessoas garantindo a implementação de projetos, políticas e processos de RH;
- Capturar indicadores e informações, analisar, planejar e facilitar os processos e estratégias de Gente e Gestão;
- Participar de comitês temáticos (exemplo: Comissão de estágio, Comitê de planejamento de carreira.).
- Garantir alinhamento e execução correta dos processos de Gente e Gestão (Folha, Ponto, Férias, Remuneração, Treinamento, Desenvolvimento, Recrutamento e Seleção, etc);
- Orientar e ser guardião da cultura e valores, processos e políticas da empresa;
- Atuar em todos os subsistemas de RH.
- Suportar gestores no que tange a questões de Gente & Gestão. Prover aconselhamento, assistência e monitoramento das políticas, normativas e procedimentos do escritório.
