In this role, you will build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met while positioning yourself as a trusted partner rather than just a salesperson. Responsibilities and Accountabilities for the role:

  • Conduct activities related to product sales
  • Analyse sales processes and monitor negotiations
  • Assess and understand customer profiles
  • Provide product guidance and support to customers and vendors
  • Perform system upgrades and maintain customer records
  • Manage and review sales reports
  • Issue relevant information and complete daily visit reports
  • Maintain and update worksheets
  • Monitor sales indicators and accompany client briefings
  • Follow up on proposal issuance and track customer visits
  • Perform related activities as required


Essential:

  • Degree completed or currently pursuing in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields.


Desirable:

  • Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Knowledge of Power BI and CRM systems
