Job Responsibilities:1. With the goal of clarifying market and competitive environments, collaborate with various departments to implement frontline research, information processing, data analysis, and other tasks, establishing a comprehensive competitive monitoring system. 2. Conduct research and analysis on urban development planning, providing operational guidance for the exploration and development of different markets. 3. Perform thematic analysis on key directions affecting the development of delivery business, producing insights, perspectives, and strategies that directly influence business decisions.1.以看清市场环境和竞争环境为目标，协同各部门落地一线调研、信息处理、数据分析等工作，建立完善的竞争监控体系。2.开展城市发展规划的调研分析，为不同市场的开拓及发展提供经营指导。 3.对影响配送业务发展的关键方向开展专题分析，产出直接影响业务决策的认知、观点、策略。Job Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 5 years of relevant experience in internet market research, competitive analysis, strategic analysis, etc.; 2. Proficient in relevant methods and skills required for market information acquisition, statistical analysis, and conclusion generation. 3. Strong communication and project management skills, capable of actively driving cross-departmental teams to achieve project implementation.4. English can be used as a working language, with an open mindset, able to quickly understand and adapt to work environments, operational methods, and user needs across different cultural backgrounds.1.本科及以上学历，5年以上互联网市场研究\竞争分析\策略分析等相关经验； 2.熟练掌握市场信息获取、统计分析、结论产出所需相关方法和技能。3.较强的沟通表达和项目管理能力，能积极推动跨部门团队促成项目落地。4.英语可作为工作语言，心态开放，能快速理解和适应不同文化背景的工作环境、运营方法、用户需求； Job Highlights:1.
