Develop and execute HR plans and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and priorities, such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and organizational development.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and gaps and provide insights and reports to the management and the stakeholders.
• Facilitate and support change management and organizational transformation processes and ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the employees, the managers, and the external partners, and act as a trusted HR partner and advocate.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably as an HRBP or an HR generalist.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the HR best practices, trends, and legal frameworks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people at all levels.
