About the positionWe're looking for someone who can dive into data analysis, build metrics, craft strategies that will increase our users' retention, and collaborate across departments to bring innovative projects to our Growth team.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to increase order frequency and activity, including periodic promotions, exclusive events, and personalized recommendations. Continuously monitor user behavior, optimize campaign content and delivery cadence, and increase user repurchase rates and platform stickinessDesign and implement retention and recall strategies such as targeted discounts, recall campaigns, and churn alerts. Establish a user churn alert mechanism to analyze churn causes and promote user return and long-term retention.Establish a core indicator system encompassing user segmentation, behavior, and conversions, and conduct real-time monitoring and attribution analysis of operational effectiveness.Regularly generate analytical reports on strategy execution, user behavior trends, and campaign effectiveness to provide data support for strategy optimization.Collaborate with product, content, design, and technology teams to drive the efficient implementation of user operations projects.RequirementsBachelor's degree or above, preferably in science, engineering, business, or other related fields;Proficient in using SQL, Python and other data analysis tools.5+ years of experience in user operations, growth, CRM, and other related areas for internet platforms; Familiarity with user segmentation and lifecycle management, precision marketing, A/B testing, and other areas;Background in e-commerce, O2O, and local life service platforms preferred; Strong project management, cross-team communication and collaboration skills, with a results-oriented approach and strong execution capabilities.
