Objetivo da posição:

Gestão das contas mais estratégicas e de maior volume do grupo, com foco em crescimento sustentável de TPV, retenção, expansão de receita e captação de novas contas high ticket com perfil enterprise.


Principais desafios:

• Sustentar e expandir contas de alto TPV e alta complexidade

• Atuar diretamente com decisores C level e lideranças executivas

• Garantir retenção, aumento de share of wallet e crescimento de receita

• Conduzir negociações complexas e ciclos de venda longos

• Captar novas contas estratégicas de alto valor


Atribuições:

• Gestão de contas estratégicas de alto volume

• Análise de performance, conversão, margem, chargeback e risco

• Criação e execução de planos de crescimento por conta

• Expansão de contratos via upsell e cross sell

• Prospecção, negociação e fechamento de contas high ticket

• Interface entre cliente, tecnologia, risco e operação


Perfil buscado:

• Executiva com experiência sólida em adquirência

• Vivência consistente em fintechs e bancos

• Conhecimento prático em meios de pagamento, Pix, cartões e subadquirência

• Capacidade técnica para diálogo com produto e tecnologia

• Histórico comprovado de vendas de alta performance

• Experiência robusta em gestão de grandes carteiras

• Perfil analítico, estratégico e orientado a resultados

• Postura madura e confortável com metas agressivas
