Content Creator:


The Content Creator is responsible for developing creative and engaging marketing materials that support digital campaigns and online marketing strategies, aimed at attracting new sellers to the SHEIN platform.


Responsabilities:


>Content Development: Create visual and textual content for various digital platforms, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, blogs, and online advertisements.

>Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the Online MKT team to develop content strategies that align with marketing objectives and the acquisition of new sellers.

>Project Management: Manage deadlines and content deliveries, ensuring all materials are ready and approved within the established timeline.

>Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance using specific metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize reach and engagement.

>Creative Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure content is aligned with SHEIN policies and market expectations.

>Innovation: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and content creation technologies, introducing new ideas and approaches to maintain the campaigns' relevance and effectiveness.


Requirements:


>Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or related fields.

>Experience: At least 2 years of experience in content creation for digital platforms, preferably with a focus on acquisition marketing.

>Technical Skills: Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.), knowledge of SEO, SEM, and marketing data analysis.

>Competencies: Excellent written and visual communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, along with organizational and planning skills.

>Languages: Proficiency in Portuguese and Mandarin.
