Missão:

Atuar em análise de requisitos para oferta FLOW-RTC, detalhando necessidades de negócio e transformando-as em especificações funcionais e/ou SOWs (Statement of Work) para apoiar equipe técnica e pré-vendas. Garantir que as soluções tributárias e contábeis atendam normas legais, processos dos clientes e objetivos estratégicos.


Principais responsabilidades:

Liderar o levantamento de requisitos de negócio junto a clientes e usuários, com foco em regras tributárias e contábeis.

Mapear e documentar processos, regras de cálculo, fluxos fiscais e integrações entre sistemas (ERP, DFe, CBS/IBS).

Produzir documentação funcional/SOWs detalhada:

Objetivo do projeto (o “porquê” da iniciativa)

Escopo detalhado (o que está dentro e fora do contrato)

Entregáveis (deliverables) e marcos de entrega

Cronograma e fases

Papéis e responsabilidades de cada parte

Critérios de aceitação e de sucesso

Premissas, restrições e riscos

Modelos de cobrança (por hora, por entrega, T&M, fixed fee etc.)

Atuar em conjunto com times técnicos e fiscais para garantir entendimento correto dos requisitos.

Apoiar homologações, testes funcionais e reconciliação de cenários fiscais/contábeis.

Manter rastreabilidade dos requisitos, riscos e dependências.

Contribuir para treinamento e suporte a stakeholders, fornecendo insumos claros de documentação funcional.

Formação contábil necessária ou comprovada experiência em sistemas tributário/fiscal.

Experiência comprovada como Business Analyst.
