We’re looking to hire an Account Manager to join Lastro. Lastro is a fast-growing VC-backed startup leading the development of artificial intelligence applications for B2B use cases, starting with Lais – an AI agent for real estate brokerages.


Job Description

The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring clients’ success, acting as the focal point between Lastro and brokerages throughout their lifetime as clients. The role entails managing relationships with brokerages, ensuring that they are making best use and achieving success with the product. Key responsibilities / activities include:

  • Managing onboarding from start to finish, requesting information and coordinating with Ops team to ensure process is successfully done;
  • Handling meetings with brokerages, and guiding them on best practices of using Lais;
  • Activating Lais at brokerages, and managing usage ramp-up;
  • Developing a deep understanding of brokerages’ workflows and software tools used;
  • Advising brokerages on ideal forms of deploying Lais based on their workflows, processes, software stack, and activities;
  • Working closely with the customer support team to ensure clients’ inquiries and questions are being adequately serviced;
  • Helping brokerages measure impact of Lais after activation;
  • Actively promoting new features to brokerages and helping maximize client revenue potential.


Requirements

  • Proven 3+ years experience in account management, customer success, or similar role in a B2B environment;
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry or with real estate technology is a plus;
  • Reasonable aptitude to understand tech products;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer support;
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed;
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.


This position offers a hybrid work model, providing flexibility for remote work. Candidates available to work in person from our office in São Paulo are preferred.

Lais acts as a custom AI team member within each brokerage, promptly engaging with prospects looking to buy or rent a property, assisting in property searches and handling common customer inquiries. Brokerages equipped with Lais have seen up to a 60% increase in lead conversion rates.
